Taliama is situated in the North Georgia mountains at the tail end of the Appalachian Range. Located 1.5 hours from Atlanta, surrounded by true wilderness with abundant forest life and magnificent waterfalls. It’s a picturesque drive from Birmingham (3.5 hours), Asheville (2 hours), Nashville (4.75 hours), and Chattanooga (2.5 hours).
Once you arrive, it is not uncommon to see deer, beaver, blue heron, or big eagles in the area.
